Bantare Impact Group is an international development consultancy with deep expertise in the West and Central African market. The firm specializes in designing and implementing innovative solutions aimed at catalyzing economic and social progress, with a strong focus on sectors such as gender equality and child protection.
Bantare had strong technical expertise and impactful program work but needed clearer, more professional visual communications to support fundraising, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
We worked together through a collaborative process to translate Bantare’s mission, sector expertise, and program impact into a cohesive presentation and report system that could be used across donor, partner, and institutional engagements.

When we began working together, Bantare Impact Group faced a few key challenges:
A need for a high-quality, professional presentation template to support pitches, proposals, and partnerships
No standardized report format for donor and stakeholder communications
Limited design systems to ensure consistency across future materials
The challenge wasn’t about content quality; it was about clarity, credibility, and presentation: making sure Bantare’s expertise and impact were communicated in a way that matched the professionalism of their work on the ground.

We began with a collaborative discovery process to understand Bantare’s goals, audience needs, and brand direction.
Together, we:
Clarified the primary audiences for the presentation and report (donors, partners, policymakers, clients)
Reviewed existing branding and messaging to ensure consistency
Designed a visual storytelling template to simplify complex content
Established layout principles for slides and reports
The strategy centered on designing a clear, visually compelling communication template while preserving Bantare’s credibility, sector expertise, and institutional tone.

I translated our shared strategy into a cohesive set of professional communications assets, working closely with the Bantare team throughout the process.
This included:
Designing a 20-page custom presentation template, including:
Title, subtitle, and content layouts
Custom graphics, icons, and visual elements
Consistent application of Bantare’s branding (colors, fonts, visual style)
Creating a basic report layout, including:
A custom cover page using client branding
Branded headers and footers with page numbering
Structured body formatting for text, data, and visuals
A concluding end page with contact and organizational details
Structuring dense content into clear narrative flows
Applying visual hierarchy to improve readability and comprehension
Managing two structured revision rounds to refine layouts and messaging
Ensuring final deliverables were formatted for real-world use:
Presentation delivered in PDF format
Report delivered in Microsoft Word format
Throughout the process, I acted as a strategic partner and creative integrator, facilitating feedback, managing iterations, and ensuring that every asset reflected both Bantare’s institutional credibility and their long-term communication needs.
